    Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a fast growing federal contractor, is seeking candidates for a highly qualified Pineland Area Manager opportunity.  The location of work is Camp MacKall, North Carolina with additional travel and duties at Fort Bragg and central North Carolina, based on training requirements.  The Pineland Area Manager is part of the Field Team.  The Field Team responsibilities are to synchronize role player use and train cadre and subcontractors (Site Managers, Cultural Enhancement Coaches, and role players) on culture and ALM.  The Field Team will also establish additional infrastructure for special projects and classified training courses and exercises.  Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Perform in an austere field environment during all weather conditions, day and night, during field duties
    • Communicate by FM, HF, and/or Motorola type radio IAW Army communications procedures and MEDEVAC procedures. Send, receive, and record FM and HF communications traffic
    • Be able to navigate on roads and cross-country using military or civilian maps, road signs, landmarks and/or directions provided by the Cadre or members of the Chain of Command
    • Observe student activities and shall provide oral and written feedback to the military cadre IAW Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Control the movements and activities of students in order to maintain safe and positive control at all times IAW SOPs
    • Conduct training in a field environment both day and night and throughout the year during all seasons despite inclement weather
    • Conduct training in a field environment for periods varying from a few hours to several days (up to 14) without access to dining, shower, bathing, laundry or sleeping facilities. The subcontractor shall conduct training using continuous support. The support shall not be interrupted by shift changes except where specifically authorized in the task order
    • Sign a non-disclosure statement for all training and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that they are exposed to
    • Must be familiar with the exercise scenario and be responsible for learning and applying specific scenario information that will be provided by the Government. Back-brief the Cadre on proposed role-playing details, and shall adjust role-playing details in accordance with Cadre decisions

    Qualifications:

     

    The Pineland Area Manager May:

    • Be required to fly in Government owned or subcontracted aircraft in support of exercise activities.
    • Be required to handle ammunition and pyrotechnics and must be capable of employing small arms and pyrotechnics
    • Must be a 18 series MOS qualified veteran with relevant experience
    • Must be a citizen of the United States of America or legally documented alien without adverse background information
    • Must comply with all Federal, State, Local, and safety regulations
    • Must wear clothing suitable to the role and environment in which they are required to operate
    • Must possess a day pack, assault pack or rucksack and containers to store water for self-sustainment while conducting operations
    • Must have a favorable background (NACLAC) check
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license
    • Shall be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
    • Must be of general good health and must be cleared by a medical physician
    • Must be able to conduct AARs with the Cadre when required
