Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast growing federal contractor is seeking four Episodic Direct Action Instructors for an upcoming proposal with the MARSOC Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) in Camp Lejeune, NC. Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Episodic Instructors for surge training conducted two times each year.
  • Augment Government / SOTC-2 Instructor Cadres’ training requirements.
  • Instructing and supervising all aspects of DA within the Individual Training Course (ITC) Phase 2, and MARSOF Master Assaulters Course (MMAC). Course POIs include Combat Marksmanship (CMS), Close Quarters Battle (CQB), Dynamic Entry (DE) / Breaching Methods (Explosive, Ballistic, Thermal and Mechanical) in order to provide qualified CSO’s to the Marine Raider Battalions and Marine Raider Support Battalions.
  • Ensure that all personnel are fully qualified and that all Instructors are abreast of current Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs) related to MARSOC Direct Action core tasks.


  • 10 years' military experience with a minimum of 5 years Special Operations / UMSC Force Recon Organization 
  • Graduate of Service Special Operations CQB course 
  • Capable of passing current weapons qualifications 
  • Proficient w/current CQB TTPs; Instructor experience at a Special Operations CQB Course 
  • Ability to carry 50 lbs. / wear organizational Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended durations of time throughout training days. 
  • State driver’s license 
  • Secret Clearance on day one of contract execution 
  • Proficient in Deliberate and Time Critical Risk Management 
  • Proficient in Shoot House Safety techniques 
  • Proficient in applying Marine Corps Orders and Unit SOPs as relates to Range Safety.
