Requirements: - Qualified applicants must be MOS qualified as a Human Intelligence Collector (35M[97E]/351M[351E]) or the Marine equivalent (0211/0251). Candidates who possess previous experience in MOSs 97C/351C, 35F, and selected 18 series with HUMINT/Tactical Source Operations (TSO) will also be considered - Operational experience in operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM is preferred. HUMINT collection and TSO experience in the Balkans and GTMO are acceptable as operational experience - Applicants must have 1-2 years MOS operational experience (work as a HUMINT Collector) - Experience as a member of an Operational Management Team and Operational Control Element are preferred - Applicants must have excellent written and oral communications skills, be able to effectively communicate in the English language, and have a general knowledge of DOD intelligence organization, structure, missions, and functions - Applicants must be proficient in the use of IT tools such as Microsoft Office - All applicants must be able to move in all weather conditions, on uneven terrain, over loose gravel walkways without handrails, and negotiate distressed terrain with a 30 percent incline at the Field Training site - Applicants must possess a minimum of a Secret Security Clearance Additional desired qualifications: - Successful completion of a TRADOC approved Instructor Training Course (ITC) - Graduate of the Defense Strategic Debriefers Course or G2X Course - Bachelors Degree or higher in Political Science/International Relations/Psychology - Graduate of the DIA Collection Management course Oak Grove Technologies
